Score = 100 × confirmed ÷ orders, minus 10 per average follow-up. Days late do not change the score, they are part of the reason line. Fewer than 3 orders shows "New" instead of a letter.

How the letter is decided

The score rewards confirming without being chased and takes 10 points off for every follow-up you had to send, on average. The letter comes from the score on the scale you pick.

  • Standard: A 85, B 70, C 55, D 40
  • School style: A 90, B 80, C 70, D 60
  • Lenient: A 75, B 60, C 45, D 30
