TraxSail's AI agents work alongside you, dedicated to making your supply chain faster, sharper, and more reliable, backed by real-time, actionable AI insights. Among many other things, TraxSail AI automates purchase-order follow-up for small distributors, it parses whatever PO file you already have, drafts follow-up emails and sends them once you approve (or automatically for suppliers you trust), reads and classifies their replies, scores each supplier's reliability, and syncs live shipment tracking, closing the loop automatically the moment an order is delivered.
Spreadsheets and manual trackers only show you what you typed in, they don't act. TraxSail's AI reads your files, writes the supplier follow-up emails for you and sends them the moment you approve, reads and classifies the replies, and scores each supplier's real reliability, not just whether they eventually respond. You decide how far it goes, supplier by supplier: review every email before it sends, or hand over a supplier you trust and let TraxSail send to them on its own. Most PO-tracking software is either a manual log (you still do the chasing) or an enterprise EDI platform built for companies with 50+ suppliers and an IT team. TraxSail sits in between: real AI automation, sized and priced for distributors with 3-40 suppliers.
Small distributors and wholesalers managing roughly 3 to 40 active suppliers, without a dedicated IT or supply-chain operations team. If you're managing 50+ suppliers with EDI trading partners, TraxSail's Scale plan can scope EDI 850 as part of onboarding, but Starter and Growth are purpose-built for smaller operations that don't need that complexity.
No. Drag in CSV, TXT, XML, EDI, or PDF files, even a messy copy-pasted export, no fixed template required, and you can upload multiple files at once. AI extracts the supplier, PO number, ship date, description, quantity, and price regardless of how your file is formatted. (Excel .xlsx/.xls and Word .docx aren't supported yet, export those to CSV first.)
Yes. Most suppliers are created automatically the first time they show up in an imported file, but you can also add one manually from the Suppliers page, useful when you're onboarding a new vendor relationship before the first order goes out. Give it a name and contact email, and it's ready to track from day one.
Starter is $79/mo for up to 15 suppliers, Growth is $189/mo for up to 40 suppliers. Both include a no-cliff overage of just $5/mo per extra supplier if you grow past your plan. A free trial (up to 25 purchase orders) requires no credit card.
A live score for every supplier based on how often they confirm without needing to be chased, not just whether they eventually respond, and it also tracks whether the date they confirmed actually holds. A supplier who replies fast but keeps pushing the ship date scores lower, that pattern used to be invisible. It's the core differentiator, use it to see which suppliers you can trust and which ones need a conversation.
Yes. Every time you import a PO, AI automatically compares the unit price against that same supplier's price history for that item, no manual price tracking or spreadsheets required. If a price quietly crept up (or dropped), it's flagged right on your dashboard and your AI concierge can bring it up proactively. It's decision-making from your actual purchasing data, not a static report you have to remember to check.
UPS and FedEx are both integrated and live now, connect your own carrier account and tracking status syncs automatically. Once a supplier ships, the purchase order closes itself out the moment it's delivered, no manual checking required.
Shopify is live now and included on every plan, no add-on required. If you lost Stocky on August 31, 2026, TraxSail is the replacement for its reorder and supplier side. Faire is in early access for brands that sell wholesale to retailers there: connect your Faire brand account from Sales Channels and those retailer orders count as sell-through too. See how the Faire connection works. Connect your store and TraxSail checks your real on-hand inventory and sell-through against every inbound purchase order, shifted by how late that specific supplier actually runs, so a stock-out shows up days before a customer notices instead of after. The same sell-through data also sharpens Reorder Suggestions, so the date you're told to reorder reflects what's actually selling. Amazon Seller Central support is coming soon; we've applied for API access and it'll connect the same way once approved.
For the parts of Stocky that Shopify is not carrying forward, yes. Shopify delisted Stocky in February 2026 and shut it down on August 31, 2026. Purchase orders and transfers moved into Shopify admin, but supplier records, reorder forecasting and any kind of supplier follow-up did not. TraxSail connects to your Shopify store, watches real on-hand and sell-through per listing, tells you what to reorder and when, turns a suggestion into a tracked purchase order in one click, and then chases the supplier by email until it ships. Stock counts and transfers stay in Shopify, where they now live. See the Stocky alternative page or read the migration guide.
Yes. Connect QuickBooks Online from Integration Settings, approve TraxSail on Intuit's screen, and two things happen. Purchase orders you raise in QuickBooks appear in TraxSail automatically and get followed up, no CSV upload. And every supplier bill's unit price is compared with what the PO agreed, so an increase of 3% or more is written as a note on that PO before you reorder. TraxSail only reads from QuickBooks. It never writes to your books. Included on every plan. See how the QuickBooks connection works.
Yes. Your account's data is fully isolated from every other business on the platform, and supplier emails are never forwarded or shared outside your own account.
EDI 850 can be scoped and added as part of onboarding on the Scale plan, for larger operations or businesses that need to trade with bigger enterprise partners. Starter and Growth are intentionally EDI-free, so you don't need IT staff to get started.
Yes, and it is included on every plan at no extra charge. TraxSail's AI follows up on outstanding customer invoices the same way it follows up on late suppliers, escalating tone automatically the longer a customer stays quiet, so you're not paying a factoring company 1-5%+ of every invoice just to get paid faster. Reach out and we'll get it turned on for your account.
No long-term contract, cancel anytime.
TraxRecovery is the parcel audit add-on coming to TraxSail. You upload the invoice exports UPS and FedEx already give you (or connect the carrier account). It finds late guaranteed deliveries and charges billed twice, shows the evidence and a confidence score for each one, files the refund claim inside the carrier's 15-day window, follows up, and matches the credit when it lands. Pricing is 30% of confirmed credits and nothing otherwise: no monthly fee, no setup fee, no charge on denied claims. Existing TraxSail customers pay 0% for the first 30 days. As an illustration, a shipper spending $10,000 a month on parcels with 3% refundable would keep about $2,520 a year. Full walkthrough here.
