On Feb 20, 2026, the Supreme Court struck down most IEEPA tariffs. CBP refunds that duty, with interest, through CAPE in the ACE Portal, but only when the importer or its broker files. TraxRecovery's agent reads your broker's entry summary report and finds the IEEPA duty on each entry, so your broker can claim it.

What the tariff agent checks
IEEPA Chapter 99 lines
Lines under 9903.01 and 9903.02 on the entry summary, or an IEEPA column in your broker's report, read entry by entry.
Entry dates in range
Only entries dated Feb 1, 2025 to Feb 19, 2026 count. Entries outside that range are left out.
Unlabeled additional duty
A line that says only "Additional Duty" is flagged for your broker to confirm before it goes on the list.
Liquidated entries
Each liquidated entry is checked against the 80-day CAPE window. Past the window, it is marked for a protest.
No double counting
The same dollars are never counted for both duty drawback and an IEEPA refund.
By hand
Go through your broker's entry summaries one by one, find the 9903.01 and 9903.02 lines, check each entry date, and list the entry numbers. CBP wants a CSV with one "Entry Number" column.
The window
Entry dates Feb 1, 2025 to Feb 19, 2026. Liquidated entries: within 80 days of liquidation for CAPE. After that, a protest.
Who files
Your licensed customs broker, or you in your own ACE account. TraxRecovery does not file with CBP and is not a customs broker.
Interest
CBP adds interest to the IEEPA duty it refunds.
What it looks like
An HVAC parts distributor with 3 entries in the date range. IEEPA duty found: $2,500 + $1,800 + $950 = $5,250. The packet, with the Entry Number CSV, goes to its broker to file in CAPE.
Illustrative example, not a real customer.
How it works
1. Give the agent its files
Ask your customs broker for an entry summary report from Feb 2025 on. PDF or CSV. The tariff agent reads every line into the same structure.
2. It finds and prepares
The agent finds the IEEPA duty on each entry, flags lines to confirm, checks liquidation windows, and builds the Entry Number CSV. Each finding records the evidence and the amount.
3. Your broker files
The packet goes to your licensed broker, who files in CAPE or protests. When the refund lands, it is matched, and you pay 30% of what landed, on the 1st.
The free audit reads one file in about 30 seconds: PDF, CSV or a photo. Nothing is stored.

CAPE takes liquidated entries within 80 days of liquidation. After that, the path is a protest, which your broker files.
A CSV file with one column named Entry Number, listing each entry. The agent builds that list for your broker.
Yes. CBP adds interest to IEEPA duty it refunds. You do not calculate it.
No. The agent never counts the same dollars twice. Duty already claimed in drawback is left out of the IEEPA list, and the reverse.
