Late Next Day Air, a Ground package charged twice, a residential surcharge on a business address, billed weight above the box, labels that never shipped. All refundable, all on a 15-day clock, none paid unless someone asks with the tracking number.
What the parcel agent checks
Late guaranteed delivery
Air and Express services carry a money-back guarantee. Ship date plus the promised business days, compared to the delivery scan. Ground is not guaranteed.
Charged twice
Same tracking number, same charge, same amount, on one invoice or two weeks apart.
Surcharges that never applied
Residential surcharge on a business receiver, Saturday delivery on a weekday, additional handling under the size thresholds.
Billed weight above the box
Dimensional weight from the printed dimensions, divided by 139, against what was billed.
Labels never shipped
A label billed with no movement in carrier tracking after ten days.
By hand
Export the invoice CSV from UPS Billing Center or FedEx Billing Online. Sort by tracking number. For every Air or Express package, add the service promise to the ship date and compare to the delivery date. Then look for duplicate tracking numbers and residential surcharges on business addresses.
The window
15 days from the invoice date for guaranteed-service refunds. Duplicates and surcharges are corrected for longer, but the sooner the better.
Who pays
The carrier, as a credit on a later invoice.
What it looks like
A nine-person distributor shipping 600 parcels a month found 10 refundable charges in one month of invoices: $517.83 found, $492.93 credited.

How it works
1. Give the agent its files
PDF, CSV, a photo of the bill, an email forward, or an automatic feed. The parcel agent reads every line into the same structure.
2. It finds and prepares
Rules run nightly. Each finding records the evidence, the amount and a confidence. Claims above your thresholds wait for your approval.
3. Filed, chased, matched
Disputes send with one click, replies are read automatically, credits are matched to your invoices, and you pay 30% of what landed, on the 1st.
The free audit reads one file in about 30 seconds: PDF, CSV or a photo. Nothing is stored.
Open the free auditNot for lateness in the US. Duplicate charges, wrong surcharges and dimensional weight still apply to Ground.
Yes: everything except the late-delivery category. Duplicates, surcharges, dim weight and unused labels are unaffected.
No. Forward the invoice email, upload the CSV, connect FedEx sFTP or enroll UPS EDI. A portal login is optional.
Free account, accept the authorization, add a card, give the parcel agent one file. 30% of what lands, nothing otherwise.
