Who qualifies. Your business bought or leased a Toyota internal-combustion forklift built 2007 to 2021 in the U.S. on or before 01/20/2026.
What it pays. $1,000 to $2,500 per eligible forklift, plus a service visit and parts warranty. You need the model and serial number and proof of ownership or lease.

Who qualifies. Your business bought MDI or TDI products directly from BASF, Covestro, Wanhua, Dow or Huntsman in the U.S. between 01/01/2016 and 07/29/2026.
What it pays. Pro rata share of the fund by eligible purchase dollars. Deadlines differ by defendant: Wanhua 10/13/2026, Dow and Huntsman 10/19/2026, BASF and Covestro 11/02/2026.

Who qualifies. Your business was billed rate increases or fuel surcharges on a commercial waste collection account with a Waste Connections company since 08/13/2019.
What it pays. An equal share of the net fund per approved claimant. The online claim needs the Unique ID and PIN from the mailed notice.

Who qualifies. Your business bought fresh or frozen uncooked turkey directly from Butterball, Jennie-O, Prestage, House of Raeford, Cooper or Farbest between 2010 and 2016. Organic, antibiotic-free and cooked turkey are excluded.
What it pays. Pro rata share by eligible purchases. Earlier Cargill or Tyson claimants must file a new form.

Who qualifies. Your business bought uncooked bacon, loins, shoulders, ribs, hams or chops for its own commercial food preparation between 06/28/2014 and 06/30/2018 (restaurants, caterers, food distributors). Proof of purchase is required.
What it pays. Pro rata share by eligible purchases. The claim window for the largest round has not been announced yet.
